Materials I used:
Small wooden circle
jute (from IKEA, love this stuff)
craft paint and brush
craft stick
ribbon
hot glue gun
I painted the wooden circle red and the started gluing the jute from the center in circle form and kept going adding a bit of glue as I went until I came to the edge and them wrapped the edge with the jute also
I attached a craft stick and added a bow for the pop stick. I used fishing line for the hanger but you could use ribbon. I thought of wrapping it in cellophane also but I couldn't find mine. So now I have lollipops on our tree with no worries of the 4 year old eating them
This could work with yarn too. Just think of the colors. Might have to work on some more for next year for her tree thet I promised she could have....lol
Happy Crafting !!!
